How do I upload the drawing so it get's to you?

When you select your product before you go to Cart, there is the "upload" button where you can chose the image you want to have printed. Simply select the image and press Upload. 

What size/format image do you need?

You don't need a fancy camera, you can take the photo straight from your phone and upload it to us. Please ensure the image is at least 1MB, the bigger the better! We will get in touch with you if the image isn't big enough. Any image format is fine.

How can I make sure I send you the best photo for the best results?

When taking the photo of the drawing, for best results, please be in good lighting, be square on to the photo and take it in as high a megapixel as possible. 

Do I need to use special pens to draw the picture?

Not at all, any colouring pen, crayon, chalk, paint are all great. For the best results use bright bold colours. Take a look in our Top Tips page for more info.

I've taken the photo of my drawing but I have the table showing, does this matter?

No this doesn't matter. When we receive your image our studio removes the background so the table won't show up in the final print. We will make your drawing look as great as it can but we won't ever change it from what has been drawn

How long does it take to arrive?

From receiving your order your product will be dispatched within 4 working days, personalised gifts do take that bit longer to create as each one is completely unique. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it leaves our premises
