Delivery

We want you to receive your wonderful personalised Dinky Artist order as quickly as possible!

Your product/s will be dispatched within 3 working days after placing your order.
All parcels leaving us will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 hour service. This gives you full tracking information which will be sent to you via email and SMS (if you left your phone number at checkout!)
All orders over £75 get delivery completely free! These will be sent via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service.
All orders under £75 you can select how you'd like your order sent at checkout. You can choose from Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 hour service. Click on "shipping Method" and the options will appear
If after receiving your dispatch email from us you haven't got your order within 5 working days please do contact us and we'll be able to track your parcel
In the unfortunate event your order arrives broken, please contact us with photos of the packaging and damage and we will replace your gift straight away for you.
If you are ordering from overseas, you maybe subject to a customs charge depending on your location. This charge is not paid for by us and will come directly to you via the customs office.
