Join us every Tuesday throughout September 10am - 11am for an exciting story and scribble playful hour!
Our 1st week is on 9th Sept where we are splashing into the story of The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister.
The Rainbow Fish is the most beautiful fish in the ocean, with shiny, glittering scales. But he’s lonely because he won’t share his special scales with the other fish. When he learns that being kind and sharing makes him happy and helps him make friends, he discovers that it's what's inside that truly makes someone beautiful.
Enjoy an hour of creativity: paint your own rainbow fish, decorate a shell to take home and even have fun with tropical fish scratch art!
Our 2nd week is on 16th September and it’s time for Monkey Puzzle – another classic from Julia Donaldson!
A little monkey has lost his mum and with the help of a kind butterfly, he searches through the jungle to find her. But the butterfly keeps getting it wrong — showing him all sorts of animals that aren’t his mother! Will they ever find her?
This week we’ll be creating our own jungle scene, painting a monkey and playing with butterfly scratch art!
Our 3rd adventure on the 23rd September is with Julia Donaldson’s rhyming tale, The Snail and the Whale!
Dive into the story of an unlikely friendship and an epic ocean journey as we bring the book to life through creativity and play. We’ll follow a tiny snail who dreams of seeing the world. One day, she hitches a ride on the tail of a great big whale! Together, they go on an exciting journey across the ocean, facing storms, icebergs, and adventure.
Enjoy an hour of hands-on fun: create your very own ocean scene, paint your favourite underwater creature, and craft your very own whale to take home!
Each session is £10 per child and 1 accompanying adult. This includes the whole session and creations to take home as well as a hot/cold drink to enjoy whilst your children have fun with us!
